5. Fees

- No Warranties: YoKash provides the App "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoKash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YoKash, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

- Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the App.
- Termination by YoKash: YoKash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
